Procedure:
- Learners can submit complaints via email at help.desk@mondapro.com
- Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and a full response provided within 10 working days.
- All complaints are handled confidentially and investigated fairly.
- If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it may be escalated to an external independent body.
